I Love Holiday Magazines!
My favorite time of year is here for magazines! I love, love, LOVE Thanksgiving and Christmas issues and tend to buy more magazines than normal. Plus, there are all those special "seasonal" publications that I just can't get enough of!

So much to talk about!
Hmm... where to begin? Last week in Minneapolis was great! Tried a great restaurant called 112 Eatery and it was AMAHZING! Plus, they had a fois gras and pork belly salad for $15!!! This is absolutely unheard of in L.A. And I had the best pork I've ever eaten. It came with a cherry wine reduction that was basically having the fall season on a plate!
On Friday I saw "The Social Network" which I died over. I was soo excited to go see this movie and it did not disappoint. I love seeing how companies come together and this is a fascinating tale. I will say I'm not much of a Mark Zuckerberg fan now, but the whole creation of the company was a mess. I promise though I'll say no more. I don't want to ruin it for you.
And today starts Dine L.A. week which is just fabulous for a foodie like me. Most major cities have these throughout the year. Major restaurants in town have prix fixe meals that cost between $24 and $44 so you can try some great restaurants for a much cheaper price. Tonight some coworkers and I are trying a new latin fusion restaurant called Zengo. I should be able to post a review and photos tomorrow. In the coming weeks I'll also be hitting up Gordon Ramsay at The London and possibly Jar.
Whew, that's a lot right there. There's some other things I've been thinking about, but I can write more later. That's it for now!
Oh, and check out Mingle Mondays over at Life of Meg!

Baby Card
Look at the cute card I made my friends for the birth of their new baby! I thought it was cute! The pic came out a little over-exposed, but you get the idea!
