So it's been about a month now that I've been exercising regularly, and I gotta be honest, I'm exhausted! Still I know it's good for me and I think it's starting to pay off. Plus, tomorrow I'm trying Zumba and I hear it's super-fun! Plus, it's supposed to burn a ton of calories! Yippee, 'cause I'm eating wings for dinner tomorrow night. Epitome of health here folks. Anyway, what do you do to work out? Do you work out regularly or just when you feel like it? And whoever "feels like it"?
i LOVE taking aerobics classes. I like the choreography aspect because it distracts you and you are so focused on doing the steps and getting it right *at least i am* that you don't even realize that you are WORKING out. I also love getting to know others in the class and encouraging one another in working out!
ReplyDeleteI started riding my bike 3x a week to school and then afterwards I take a longer way home and sometimes ride around town like today. It burns but is really relaxing!!
