Alright, I have to confess. My eating habits have been HORRIBLE. It's time to get it together and start eating right again and exercising. I'm going to try that Lean for Life plan from Lindora that you can buy at Rite Aid. I know a few people that did it and lost a lot. Plus, I'm not supposed to eat carbs anyway so this should get me back on track. I even wrote up 7 days worth of meal plans on index cards to help me out this week.
